Time: All Day
OLQP Retreat Center
Ignatius of Loyola is known for the Spiritual Exercises that developed over years of prayer, personal observation and many divine revelations. Ignatius would never say that the exercises were a ‘program,’ or a lesson to be learned but a way of prayer that gives one the opportunity to meet the Trinity in a profound and intimate way.
There will be guided meditation to demonstrate this contemplative approach to seeing Christ in the scripture as well as personal time for reflection. An opportunity to meet with a spiritual director will be a part of this weekend.
This silent retreat is informative for anyone interested in Ignatian Spirituality and is a perfect opportunity to try out an event where silence is practiced during fee time, meals, and reflection times.
Spiritual Directors will be Fr. Richard Coy and Sister Ellen Buchignani
